This is the second redesign of Odellbrewing.com I have overseen at Odell Brewing. For this current iteration I worked closely with an agency partner who designed a custom wordpress theme for us.

Problem:

We were looking to update the user experience of odellbrewing.com and create a place to tell the story of our new urban winery and taproom, The OBC Wine Project.

Research:

From reviewing our google analytics and doing some qualitative research, we concluded that customers visit odellbrewing.com primarily to learn more about the taproom locations and explore information about a specific beer.

Solutions

We created a Location Landing Page to showcase all three of our Colorado Brewhouses. Guests can navigate to the location near them but also have a moment to discover other locations to visit.

I helped our agency partner identify the key beer characteristics to include on the beer landing page to that guests could sort our beer selection.

We added content modules on the beer PDPs for enhanced story telling opportunities. By sharing tasing notes, brewing ingredients, and extra images, we encourage guests to discover more about their favorite brews.
